Human Bean

Human Bean – This building is in Wilsonville, OR. We worked with the local Human Bean Franchisee to design-build this prototype stand-alone drive-thru concept. This building also has a walk-up order window and patio with outdoor seating. This building has sparked interest from other Franchisees. (locations: Wilsonville, OR, Beaverton, OR. Clackamas, OR, Portland, OR)

Chase Bank

In 2019, we were able to start a new relationship with CBRE c/o Chase Bank. They have been a great customer to work with and we look forward to continuing this relationship.

Gustav’s Restaurant

We took part of the Building Shell and Site Development of this beautiful architecturally designed building occupied by Gustav’s Restaurant

Major 12B & 12C

Donahue Schriber, a Private Real Estate Investment Trust company who specializes in necessity-based retail, hired us to expand the Keizer Station Mall. We constructed the shell building for Maurice’s Retail Store and Chipotle Mexican Grill Restaurant tenants.

Plaid Pantry Crossroads at Columbia

Newest design of Plaid Pantry is so eloquently demonstrated in the photos below. It was our pleasure to work closely with the developer to successfully complete the shell building.

On the Border

On the Border Mexican Grill & Cantina: Architect: Tarlos & Associates Irvine, California T.J. Nisbet completed this building from the ground up, 6,449 square feet (including patio area), ready to serve 250 diners.
