Spencer Court Renovation

Together with Skylab Architecture, we had the opportunity to completely restore, rebuild and do a full core/shell renovation of roughly eighteen thousand square foot abandoned century-old building, and turn it into a flourishing member of the vibrant West End neighborhood in downtown Portland. We were also given the opportunity to do the build out work for 3 of the 5 tenants: Emerge Interactive [photo credit goes to YBA Architects yb-a.com], G-Star RAW and Timbuk2.

Newport Seafood Grill TI

Chain outpost of a family-friendly American seafood eatery known for chowder & fish ‘n’ chips. Renovations included outside and inside work and we done in a short period of time to minimize the break in restaurant working hours.

Chase Banks TI

We have also completed a few TI projects for Chase Bank.

Qdoba Mexican Grill TI

Qdoba is a chain of fast casual Fresh Mex restaurants in the United States and Canada serving Mexican-style cuisine. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Jack in the Box since its purchase from ACI Capital, Western Growth Capital, and other private investors in 2003.
